Nashville, Tennessee, October 12, 2016 – Electronic Funds Source LLC (EFS), a leading innovator of customized corporate payment solutions, announces its latest new transportation customer, Hogan, to go live on the EFS payments platform.
Hogan, headquartered in Saint Louis, MO, is the latest trucking company to move its payments business to EFS. Hogan selected EFS because of its commitment to technology and innovation and EFS’ ability to develop a customized solution for Hogan. Hogan went live with EFS this month and “the implementation went as smooth as we could have asked for,” said Mike Carroll, Fuel Manager for Hogan. “EFS’ commitment to innovation – and to their customers – is evident in their collaborative development of a unique and customized solution to help us gain efficiencies in our operations,” said Carroll.
EFS built specific reporting functionality for Hogan on the EFS platform. “The customized reporting will save us, on average, 30 to 45 minutes per day reviewing and auditing our daily volume reports,” said Carroll. “These cost savings are invaluable to how we manage our business.”
Hogan is using a portfolio of EFS’ solutions including the EFS Fuel Card, EFS’ SmartFunds® driver pay solution, EFS’ Electronic Fuel Management tool and the EFS SecureFuelSM solution, which helps Carriers identify and reduce potential theft and unauthorized purchases.
“We’re honored to have one of the most respected transportation service providers in the U.S. come on board the EFS platform,” said John Markham, SVP of Sales for EFS. “Our ability to build a unique application for Hogan is a direct example of EFS’ unique approach in utilizing our highly flexible system architecture to deliver personalized applications for our customers that best meet their business needs.”
